Best Robot Vacuum and Mop Combos
Robot vacuums and mops are getting more efficient. They have passed our tests for cleaning, and can take care of various flooring. Choose models that permit users to select between different modes, self-empty and clean stairs.
A lot of the top models integrate with your smartphone. Check for an app that lets you save maps, create schedules and select cleaning options.
1. Eufy Omni S1 Pro
The black and gloss gunmetal Omni S1 Pro from Eufy is among the most impressive robot vacuums and mop combinations available. It makes use of lidar to navigate, create maps of rooms and floors (even multiple levels) and integrates with the free Eufy Clean app to let you set up schedules and modify the S1's behaviour.
When I tested the S1 It was quick to map our downstairs, which has laminate flooring in the kitchen, dining room and bathrooms, as well as carpeting of medium-pile as well as a large area rug. It was able to drive close to walls without crashing into them, and was able to cross thresholds that were raised in the room without problem, although it sometimes was unable to navigate down the stairs in one pass. The S1 performed admirably in cleaning hard floors. The mop sped along on its flat side and lifted itself when it was near carpets or rugs.
Prior to each mopping session the docking station of the S1 automatically empties its dustbin and fills up its water tank onboard with clean ozonated filtered water. The dock also adds a cleaning solution into the water for deep cleaning. The S1's water tank can hold enough water for about 12 cleaning sessions before it has to be cleaned, although it will differ based on how much you use the mop.
Like all 2-in-1 robots the S1 requires periodic maintenance to ensure that it's operating efficiently. To do this, you'll need to wash the water tank that is dirty regularly to prevent it from clogging. It is also necessary to clean the swivel wheels and sensors regularly to prevent them from getting blocked by dirt or dust. Overall the S1 requires less maintenance than other combos.
2. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete

Ecovacs' all-in-one robotic vacuum and mop is an effective solution for cleaning. The robot vacuum has 8700Pa suction power, and comes with a number unique features, including voice control and smart path scheduling that cleans furniture and avoids obstacles. The mopping capabilities of the robot are impressive. Rotating mop heads actually lift the floor and scrub it instead of simply drag a pad across a surface. The mops can be dried and cleaned at the base station, if required.
The robot comes with a simple interface that guides you through the process. It comes with a rechargeable hand vacuum for those areas that the robot isn't able to reach, as well as two water tanks that are automatically emptied and replenished as required. It comes with a variety of useful settings to fine-tune your cleaning preferences.
The Deebot X2 Combo Complete is a good vacuum cleaner. It has a powerful suction that can easily remove dirt and other debris that other robots have trouble with. Its navigation abilities are also decent, but it can get stuck on small area mats and rugs at my home (which you can reduce by creating virtual boundaries in the app). Mopping capabilities are excellent, with a pair spinning mop heads that lift and scrub the floor instead of dragging the pad across it. The mops are also cleaned using heated water and dried in the basestation as required. The mops are also refilled at the top of the station as required.
3. Dreame X40 ultra
Dreame's X30 Ultra robot vacuum and mop was released earlier this year. But their new flagship model is packed with impressive features. It has fantastic cleaning results and is simple to maintain. This makes it a contender for our list of the top mops and robot vacuums. Its superior mapping capabilities, RGB AI smart recognition, and an extended side brush will give you a thorough, custom-designed clean.
The X40 Ultra does an excellent job of vacuuming, picking up large and small particles from both hard floors and carpets. It also cleaned the most soiled areas efficiently, while eliminating pet hairs that are tangled and other mess. The sweeping performance is augmented by an additional side brush that automatically moves out to tackle difficult-to-reach corners, and an extendable mop pad that is placed along baseboards.
Its navigation is smart it can navigate tight spaces and climbing stairs without skipping a beat. It can go from one room to the next without needing to reverse the direction. This is a great feature for homes that have multiple rooms. Its obstacle avoidance system is less advanced than some competitors, however, and tends to leave a large margin over obstacles, which can result in missed spots.
The app features a simple, intuitive interface that should be easy for both novice and experienced users. The app lets you schedule and control cleaning tasks. You can also adjust the suction power, mop settings as well as view 3-D and 2D maps. remote hoover can be controlled via the app, Alexa, Google Assistant, or Siri, allowing you to monitor its progress from any location. You can also use the X40 Ultra's camera remotely to get real-time video supervision. However, you will require a reliable Wi-Fi connection in order to operate it via the app and external controls.
4. Roomba Q5 pro
Robot vacuums are excellent at removing dirt and debris but they aren't able to reach all dust. It's important to vacuum often, at least once a week. This is especially important for dust that accumulates in corners, on shelves and in the crevices of your couch. Roborock's Q5 Pro is a 2-in-1 vacuum and mop robot designed specifically for this purpose. It is easy to connect to your home Wi-Fi network and also works with Alexa or Apple Siri.
The Q5 is an edgier version of the company's more pricier S-series models, including the flagship Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra. It has the same LIDAR mapping sensor, but it saves cost by eliminating mopping and using a lower-cost plastic body.
The Q5 remains one of the most powerful vacuums and mopping machines we've ever seen at this price, despite not being able to clean your floor. It has powerful 5500Pa suction and an automatic emptying system, so you don't have to empty the bin manually every time. It also has a clever application that lets you choose your floor type and schedule cleanings, and an automatic refill of the water tank and wash system to allow hands-free operation.
Its mops are also impressive with their 2700Pa power to combat pet hair and dirt on carpets as well as hard floors. The Q5 is among the few robots we tested that didn't have any trouble with high-pile carpets and area rug, but it was unable to remove cables or kitty litter and cable tangles, which isn't a surprise given that it doesn't have AI-powered obstacle avoidance.
5. K10 Plus
K10 Plus is one of the most quiet robovacs that we've tested. It also utilizes a unique system to map your home this will allow it to enter the corners and tight spaces that other vacuums are unable to reach. This device also has the bin, which means you don't need to empty it as often. Additionally, it has washable filters, which reduces the costs associated with using the device. The robot is also able to detect carpets and boost the suction if required. The app allows you to mark areas you want to avoid, which is a nice feature.
